The People

There are more than 1250 local persons working for Port Numbay International in several divisions, including those in rolling tobacco division, sales, quality control and general staff. The key persons of the companies are the advisor, general manager and operational manager as well as business development manager. 

 Advisors

R. Panji Sofyan Asykien

R. Mas. Pratono

Both are veterans in farming and tobacco Industry. Mr. Asykien was working for PTP  XXVII (now PTPN XII) in tobacco division since 1965 until he retired in 1998. His broad knowledge and education in tobacco helps us in finding and control the good (quality of) variety of tobacco. He is one of the co-founder of Port Numbay International and is our technical advisor.

Mr. Pratono has been successful farmer before go into tobacco business and he was working for PTP  XXVII (now PTPN XII). He has built a good relationship with local farm workers and know how to deal with them. This benefits us either in our farming industry of  Indonesia  tobaccos, or when running the product sourcing or buying agent.

Director 

Mohammed Hilman Ayyubi

Hilman went to the same collage as Tetty. Life brought him to Malaysia, Borneo, Papua, Bogor, Surabaya and lastly to Bali. He was with KFC management as a manager in Malaysia, in tourism business in Tour East Indonesia in Bali with CMA CGM World-wide Shipping Group before co-founding the Port Numbay International.

Purchasing Manager

Rr. Tetty Tristiana

Ms. Tetty was grown in the north area of Jember. Her family was a successful farmer. Tetty went to English collage and worked as executive secretary for AGIP oil and IMMP (micropack) as purchasing  before she co-found Port Numbay International. She is well-organized, and with her passion, all the paper-works are done.

His broad experience is truely asset for the company, especially when dealing with clients like you.
