SAMPLES

Due to the high volume of product sampling request, we can provide it at the maximum value of US$50 per client. Port Numbay will not cover product sampling costs, therefore, clients are required to provide us with their DHL import subscription account code (nine digit) for collect delivery sample term or transport collect destination with your confirmation.

PRODUCT ORDER

There is no minimum orders for general leaf tobacco or cigarette inquiries. A specific leaf tobacco might have a minimum order - please consult first.

However, please consider that shipping and air-freight for delivery might have minimum cost i.e. 100kg for air-freight and 1cbm for sea freight. In order to get good deal package i.e. product+shipping, you have to consider if your order is less than what the shipping company minimum cost will charge.

QUALITY CONTROL

Should a quality control is required, a third party company (which is our partner) or the certification of tobacco quality under minister of trade of Indonesia Government will take the responsibilities. In such case, cost for this company will be discussed in advance.

TIME OF DELIVERY

For general inquiries, we usually can provide within 2-3 weeks after order is placed. However, this is not a fixed time which might need less or more than that duration. We will advise you in advance regarding this duration before order is placed.

SHIPMENT & INSURANCE

We will provide you with two quotes i.e. air-freight and sea-freight from which you can choose. We recommend that you take a CIF shipment, as to protect your products from un-necessary and unexpected events.

PAYMENT

1. T/T Port Numbay require 50% (first transaction client) advanced payment for all orders and the balance will be paid when the documentations are ready and the products are ready for shipping.

 2. L/C with term irrevocable at sight or red clause are depend on negotiation, contract and amount secure stocks.
